The services include diagnostic tools, real-time monitoring dashboards, and security reports. We do not provide legal advice, profit guarantees, or services in the healthcare field.

3. Rights and Obligations

3.1. User Rights

The user has the right to access services according to the purchased plan, to receive technical support, and to protect their data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3.2. User Obligations

The user is obliged to:

• Not use the services for illegal activities or activities that undermine the network security of others.
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy our software.

4. Limitation of Liability

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will resolve all security vulnerabilities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atakannis is not liable for data loss, business interruptions, or indirect damages resulting from the use of the services.

5. Financial Terms

Service prices are clearly displayed on the site. Invoices are issued at the beginning of the billing period. Cancellation of a recurring billing plan must be made at least 7 working days before renewal.

Refunds are granted only in exceptional cases, evaluated individually, and not for services already provided or consumed.

6. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services immediately if a serious breach of these terms is found, without any obligation to refund.

The user may cease using the services at any time by deactivating the account. Data will be retained according to the data retention policy.

6.1. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
